No real hotel feel. it's more of a serviced apartment in a residential block. No lobby area to relax in, breakfast served at a distant hotel, and limited room furnishings—only one bed instead of two. Access is tricky due to a steep ramp leading to a narrow lift, and no dedicated staff on site for assistance.

Great location with charming decor

The hotel's central location made exploring the city a breeze. Daily cleaning kept our room fresh, and the on-site staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist through WhatsApp communication.

However, the hotel is more like a serviced apartment than a traditional hotel, lacking a reception desk. Breakfast was located in a different hotel, which was quite inconvenient.

Despite a rocky start due to an overbooking, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city center while enjoying the breathtaking views.

We really enjoyed the fantastic location, which made exploring the city with my kids super easy. One personal highlight was taking a family tour and seeing the many sights together, while my hubby and I appreciated the stylish interior.

My wife says that check-in was complicated and the breakfast setup far away was inconvenient.

Stylish interior with a great location

I had a pleasant stay with a stylish interior and great Acqua Parma showering products. The location was fantastic, being close to all main sights, which made exploring a breeze. However, I felt the check-in process was a bit complicated, and there was limited staff available for assistance. Overbooked, and I didn’t receive much help navigating transportation options—but overall, the place was clean and well-maintained.

The location is unbeatable, with easy access to nearby monuments, restaurants, and a grocery store on-site. However, the rooms were smaller than expected and lacked natural lighting, which made them feel quite cramped. The breakfast arrangement was disappointing, only providing a €10 voucher for a lackluster buffet elsewhere. Additionally, while some staff were helpful, the concierge service wasn’t reliable when it came to transportation needs, leaving us to navigate on our own.

Location was prime, just a stone's throw from Piazza Venezia, the Pantheon, and close enough to Trevi Fountain & the Spanish Steps. The stylish interior was a nice touch and the Acqua Parma toiletries added a little luxury.

It was all perfect.
